May 7, 1973 The Regional Director Revenue Region No. 20 Zamboanga City S i r : In reply to your letter dated February 7, 1973, you are informed that the tax case involving the amount of P11,060.18 of which there is still a balance of P10,060.18, being claimed against the estate of deceased Salvador M. Corpus comes within the purview of Presidential Decree No. 68, dated November 24, 1972. It appears that the Order of the Court of October 9, 1972 ordering payment of the claim is not yet final and executory as of November 24, 1972, in view of a pending motion of reconsideration filed by the administratrix of the estate. In view of the payment of the amount of P6,036.11 representing 60% of the balance of P10,060.18 presumably on or before January 31, 973, this case may now be considered closed and terminated. aisa dc Very truly yours, (SGD.)
