September 13, 1973 Universal Robina Corporation Pasig Boulevard Pasig, Rizal Gentlemen : In reply to your letter dated September 12, 1973, I have the honor to inform you that wheat grains which you will import for use in your manufacture of wheat flour as well as raw materials and other ingredients for use in your manufacturer of poultry and animal feeds are subject to only 5% advance sales tax based on the landed cost thereof plus 25% mark-up pursuant to Section 183(b), in relation to Section 186-B, both of the Tax Code, as amended by Presidential Decree No. 69.
