Clave Presidential Executive Assistant Malacaang, Manila S i r : With reference to your memorandum dated February 17, 1972, relative to the travel tax for scholars paid by the AFS International Scholarships in the Philippines, I have the honor to inform you that since the matter pertains to the Board of Travel and Tourist Industry, the same was transmitted to the Commissioner of Tourism for appropriate action.
