July 21, 1975 Atty. Carlos C. Lontoc Prosecution Division B. I. R., Manila S i r : This refers to your letter dated July 17, 1975, requesting permission to appear as counsel for Dalmacio Lontoc and Marta Lontoc, who are your brother and sister, respectively, both defendants in CAR Case, entitled "Gonzalo Guevarra, Sr. vs. Dalmacio Lontoc, et. al," before the Court of Agrarian Relations of Nueva Ecija with Office at Cabanatuan City. aisa dc In reply, you are informed that your request is hereby granted subject to the following conditions: 1. That this permission granted you is limited only to your appearance as Counsel for Dalmacio Lontoc and Marta Lontoc; 2. That during the dates of hearing of the case, you must file your leave of absence; 3. That you will not accept Attorneys fees; and 4. That you shall see to it that your handling of the case does not conflict with or prejudice the handling of your cases in the Bureau of Internal Revenue.
