Gomez Rm. 604 Medalla Building 596 E. de los Santos Avenue Cubao, Quezon City S i r : In reply to your letter dated November 22, 1973 to the President of the Philippines which was referred to this Office for appropriate action, I have the honor to inform you that you may use as a temporary substitute for the required BIR Letter of Confirmation in Administrative Order No. 66 the letter issued by the Regional Director of Revenue Region No. 6, Quezon City, stating that you cannot yet be issued a Letter of Confirmation because your books of accounts and income tax returns have not yet been examined by them. cdta Very truly yours, (SGD.)
