October 29, 1973 1st Indorsement Respectfully returned to the Revenue Operations Head, Collection, BIR, Manila with the information that this Department offers no objection to the release of the within proposed letter to the Register of Deeds of cities and provinces requesting that no document be accepted for registration unless it bears the imprint of the required documentary and science stamps of the metering machines already installed, in further implementation of the provisions of Revenue Regulations No. 1-72, dated January 28, 1972. cdtech (SGD.)
