December 8, 1975 1st Indorsement Referred to the Revenue Service Chief, (Data Processing), the attached letter dated November 26, 1975 of Mr. Mahar Mangahas, Chairman, PREPF Coordinating Committee, Matimyas Bldg., E. Rodriguez Sr. Blvd., Quezon City, requesting permission to obtain a list of 500 names with their respective addresses and nationalities chosen at random out of the top 10% of individual taxpayers. The list will be utilized in their research project. The request is hereby granted, the same not being in violation of Section 347 of the Tax Code. (SGD.) EFREN I.
