May 7, 1973 5th Indorsement Returned to the Regional Director, Revenue Region No. 13, Cebu City, the within papers bearing on the request of Atty. Luciano Babiero, Vice-President, Amateur Boxing Association of the Philippines, for exemption from the payment of the amusement tax on the amateur boxing tournament held at the Cebu Coliseum, Cebu City, on October 14, 1969, enclosing herewith a copy of a letter of this Office of even date to said Atty.
