December 8, 1972 Mrs. Leonila Gamo Malaybalay, Bukidnon M a d a m : In connection with your letter dated April 3, 1972 requesting clarification as to the validity of a municipal ordinance passed by the municipal council imposing a license or a tax upon persons engaged in the practice of their profession or business, please be informed that the same was referred on even date to the Secretary of Finance, for appropriate action.
