May 23, 1974 Mr. Roman G. Gargantiel Secretary to the Mayor City Hall, Manila S i r : In reply to your 1st Indorsement dated March 4, 1974, I have the honor to inform you that personnel of the Manila Metropolitan Police who have already filed their Sworn Statement of Assets and Liabilities pursuant to Republic Act No. 3019, should still file their Statement of Assets, Liabilities and Net worth on or before September 30, 1974 pursuant to Presidential Decree No. 379, as amended by Presidential Decree No. 417. The forms to be filled in compliance with the Decree is now under preparation by this Office and may be secured as soon as the same is available. casia As regards the Statement already filed under Republic Act No. 3019, the disposition thereof is left to the Discretion of the government office concerned.
