April 30, 1973 The Honorable The Executive Secretary Malacaang, Manila S i r : With reference to your letter dated January 22, 1973 to the Secretary of Finance referring to this Office, for appropriate action, the request of Mrs. Crispina Barbado Unido of Jimenez, Misamis Occidental for tax exemption on her barbershop, I have the honor to enclose herewith a copy of our letter on even date to Mrs. Unido, which is self-explanatory.
