Acoba Vice President for Development Gentlemen : This refers to your letter dated June 19, 1975 requesting articles be exempted from the payment of compensating tax, viz.: 70 heads of cattle 13 Gallon Drum of HD 90 Oil 2 Electric Fence Unit 500 All Flex Cattle Tags & Applicators 15 Drums of Asuntal Spray 1/4 Ton of No. 8 Fencing Wire 1/4 Ton of Barbed Wire 50 inflations 500 Waratah 6 FT Standards 1 Small Seed Box Drive Chain 1 Gear Guard 5 Blank of Coners 1 Left Drum Guard 5 Blank of Plates 10 Overdrilling Sheets 1 Refrigerated Vat In reply, I have the honor to inform you that while this Office is too willing to help you, nevertheless, there is no law which we can lean upon to exempt your aforesaid importation.
