Espinosa 20 Canopus Street BAV-4, Makati, Rizal S i r : In reply to your letter dated March 12, 1974, I have the honor to inform you that you may use the backpay certificate issued to you under Republic Act No. 897 under Acknowledgment No. 30383 in the payment of your income tax for 1973 provided that you are the original holder thereof.
