September 3, 1973 1st Indorsement Respectfully forwarded to the Honorable, the Secretary of Finance, Manila, the within letter dated August 20, 1973 of Mr. Benjamin M. Bactad, Revenue Examiner I, relative to his request for permission for his wife, Mrs. Nancy Ordoes-Bactad, to operate a small sari-sari store at the Concepcion Market, Concepcion, Marikina, Rizal, with the recommendation that for the reasons stated therein and since the request is not prohibited under any civil service law, rule or regulation, the same be approved. cdtech MISAEL P.
