Vitug Suite 415 Pacific Bldg. 460 Rosario St., Manila S i r : In reply to your letter dated November 13, 1972, I have the honor to inform you that the word "livestock" is defined as domestic animals kept for use on a farm or raised for sale (Webster's New World Dictionary). Accordingly, "livestock and other agricultural development projects' referred to in Section 5(c)(8) of Revenue Regulations No. 8-72, as amended by Revenue Regulations No. 8A-72, includes poultry and/or piggery farms owned and operated by private corporations. aisadc Very truly yours, MISAEL P.
