September 25, 1968 The Director Revenue Region No. 19 Cotabato City S i r : In reply to your telegram dated September 12, 1968, you are informed as follows: 1. Outstanding accounts consisting of 1966 and prior years collectibles must immediately be collected by distraint and levy, they being already long overdue and perhaps incontestable. 2. Assessment notices should be sent for unpaid second installments of 1967 income tax. After three (3) months from receipt of notice by taxpayer and not later than six (6) months therefrom, the warrant of distraint and/or levy should be issued. 3.
