November 10, 1972 Mr. Renato A. Tancinco, Jr. Meycauayan, Bulacan S i r : This refers to your letter dated October 20, 1972 requesting information as to whether or not the tax exemption granted by the NACIDA law to registered cottage industries has already been revoked by a Presidential Decree. In reply, I have the honor to inform you that this Office is not aware of a Presidential Decree revoking the tax exemption granted under Republic Act No. 3470, as amended by Republic Act No. 5326 to registered cottage industries.
