March 8, 1977 1st Indorsement Referred to the Revenue Service Chief, (Date Processing Center), BIR, Quezon City the within letter dated February 15, 1997 of Mr. Socrates L. Brazal, project manager of the N.C.C. system team involved in the study of income and wealth. He is requesting permission to use the 1973 Statement of Assets and Liabilities data as basis for his analysis of wealth distribution in connection with his thesis. In this connection, if as represented by Mr. Brazal the names and tax account numbers of taxpayers were already removed by the BIR Data Processing Center from said data prior to the transmittal to the N.C.C., his request may be granted.
