Vice-President Gentlemen : In reply to your letter dated September 22, 1972, I have the honor to inform you that being a pioneer enterprise registered with the Board of Investments, you are' exempt on a graduated basis until December 31, 1981, from the payment of documentary and science stamp taxes directly payable by you.
