February 21, 1972 The Regional Director Revenue Region No. 12 Tacloban City S i r : Referring to your 1st Indorsement dated November 25, 1971, there is enclosed herewith a copy of our letter of even date to Mr. Rufino B. Requina, Election Registrar of Bato, Leyte, for your information and guidance. You are, therefore, directed to collect the total amount of occupation tax which you have demanded from Mr. Requina.
