October 12, 1972 Mrs. Lucila Jacob Iligan City M a d a m : This refers to your letter dated August 1, 1972, which was addressed to Action Line, Manila Times Publishing Company relative to your request for clarification as to whether or not employees in the City Treasurer's Office are empowered or authorized to inspect sales invoices. In reply, I have the honor to inform you that for internal revenue purposes, said employees are not authorized to inspect or examine sales invoices.
