Box 2948 Manila S i r : In reply to your letter dated December 15, 1972, I have the honor to confirm the fact that, in a letter dated November 27, 1972, this Office ruled that Ramie Textiles, Inc., being a pioneer enterprise registered with the Board of Investments, is exempt on a graduated basis until December 31, 1981 from the payment of documentary and science stamp taxes directly payable by it. cdtech Very truly yours, (SGD.)
