January 24, 1974 Mr. Domingo Racraquin Dasol, Pangasinan S i r : In reply to your letter dated January 14, 1974, I have the honor to inform you that in line with our ruling of May 31, 1968, Acoje Mining Company should pay to you and other landowners the corresponding 5% of the royalty paid by the said Company to the Government with respect to ores mined in other mineral lands of which said landowners are surface owners, not covered by said ruling, in accordance with Section 247 of the Tax Code. aisa dc Very truly yours, MISAEL P.
