Estrella Masbate, Masbate S i r : This refers to your letter dated January 27, 1970, requesting information as to whether or not as a Certified Public Accountant employed as an Assistant Bookkeeper in a private firm you are subject to the professional tax. aisa dc In reply, I have the honor to inform you that a Certified Public Accountant employed as Assistant Bookkeeper is subject to the professional tax imposed in Section 182(B)(1)(a) of the Tax Code, as amended by Republic Act No. 6110.
