Paredes, Poblador, Nazareno Azada & Tomacruz 575 Atlanta, Port Area Manila Gentlemen : In reply to your letter dated October 6, 1969, I have the honor to inform you that the bananas grown and exported by your client, Standard (Philippines) Fruit Corporation, is not subject to the sales tax pursuant to Section 188(b) of the Tax Code.
