April 10, 1969 Adelrey Manufacturing Co. 176-D Cordillera Quezon City Attention: Angelina de los Reyes Proprietress Gentlemen : In reply to your letter dated March 14, 1969 requesting information as to whether or not you can be exempted from the payment of specific tax due on your manufactured saccharine, I have the honor to inform you that there is no provision in the Tax Code which exempts saccharine from the specific tax.
