Senires Acting Assistant Postmaster General Bureau of Posts Manila S i r : In reply to your letter dated February 26, 1970 requesting information as to whether or not the submission of the Tax Census Form is now required, I have the honor to inform you that the deadline for filing of the Tax Census Returns in accordance with Republic Act No. 2070, as amended by Republic Act No. 5268 is tentatively set by this Office on or before June 30, 1970.
