Masina Manager Gentlemen : In reply to your letter dated October 6, 1972, I have the honor to inform you that during the temporary stoppage of your business as dealer in firearms and ammunitions on account of the declaration of martial law wherein your said firearms and ammunition were taken by the army, the corresponding license fees which should have been renewed on September 25, 1972 may be suspended until the firearms and ammunitions shall be returned to you by the army.
