Gonzales Controller Gentlemen : In reply to your letter dated July 12, 1976 I have the honor to inform you that, pursuant to Section 203 of Revenue Regulations No. 26, as amended by Revenue Regulations No. 3-75 dated May 27, 1975, you may affix the documentary and science stamps corresponding to the insurance policies to the premium register, subject to the condition that a note properly initialed by a responsible person, is written on the face of said policies, as follows: "Documentary stamps to the value of P_________ has been affixed to the Premium Register." aisa dc Very truly yours, EFREN I.
