Plaza Goiti, Manila S i r : In reply your letter dated July 15, 1968 requesting information as to the tax liability of the Business Assistance Group, Inc., a credit and collection management company, I have the honor to inform you that as a credit and collection management company, it is a business agent pursuant to Section 194(v) of the Tax Code and therefore, subject to the fixed annual tax of P75.00 and its gross receipts thereof to the 3% tax imposed by Sections 182(A)(3)(w) and 191, respectively of the Tax Code. atdc Very truly yours, (SGD.)
