Cruz, Manila S i r : This refers to your letter dated October 22, 1974, I have the honor to inform you that the gain derived by your client on the yearly installments paid by his tenant-purchasers as the result of the sale of his land under the Land Reform Program of the Government is exempt from the capital gains tax.
