January 30, 1970 The Manager Modern Amusement Enterprises 2408 Legarda Street Sampaloc, Manila S i r : In reply to your letter dated January 29, 1970 requesting information as to whether or not receipts or income derived from the business of leasing juke boxes to different restaurants is subject to any internal revenue tax on business, I have the honor to inform you that receipts or income of a lessor of juke boxes is not subject to any internal revenue tax on business.
