Meer, Meer & Meer Attorneys-at-Law PLDT Bldg., Makati, Rizal S i r : In reply to your request for reconsideration of BIR Ruling No. 72-020 subjecting the window and sheet glass manufactured by your client, Republic Glass Corporation, to the 7% sales tax imposed by Section 186 of the Tax Code, I have the honor to inform you that this Office finds no legal basis to warrant a reconsideration of said ruling.
