Electric In reply, I have the honor to inform you that since the abovementioned articles are being brought in by you as a resident of the Philippines and they are scheduled to arrive on June 30, 1973 which is within ninety (90) days from the date of your arrival here from abroad, the same are exempt from the payment of compensating tax, pursuant to Section 190(e) of the Tax Code, as amended by Presidential Decree No. 69.
