July 13, 1970 The Chief, Business Tax Division Thru the Revenue Operations Head (Assessment) B.I.R., Manila S i r : There is enclosed herewith a copy of our letter of even date to the Bureau of Customs subjecting the importation of Limcas Trading of electron tubes to the 40% advance sales tax with a 50% mark-up for your information and guidance.
