Tagle A & T Building, 955 Muelle del Banco Nacional, Manila Gentlemen : Your request dated January 7, 1969 in behalf of your client, Mr. Feliciano Cuevas for certified true copies of the income tax returns of the late Joaquin Cuevas for the years 1957 to 1960 is hereby granted pursuant to the authority contained in the 5th Indorsement dated July 11, 1969 of the Assistant Executive Secretary, Manila. Attention is however, invited to the authority granted that the certified true copies of the income tax returns of the late Joaquin Cuevas for the years 1957 to 1960 should be used exclusively in Civil Case No. 10670 entitled "Feliciano Cuevas vs. R. Bobis dela Cruz" and that the production thereof shall only be made upon presentation of a subpoena duces tecum issued for the purpose by the court concerned. Very truly yours, (SGD.) MISAEL P.
