June 10, 1969 The General Manager UNIPROM, Inc. Araneta Coliseum Cubao, Quezon City S i r : This refers to the boxing benefit exhibition sponsored by the General Aguinaldo National Centennial Commission through Mr. Rodolfo V. Nazario at the Araneta Coliseum, Cubao, Quezon City, on May 17, 1969. In this connection, please be informed that the Commission is exempt from the amusement tax on its fund drives. Accordingly, no amusement tax need be withheld from the proceeds accruing to the General Emilio Aguinaldo National Centennial Commission on account of said boxing exhibition.
