Soriano 8776 Paseo de Roxas Makati, Rizal Gentlemen : In reply to your letter dated July 27, 1976, I have the honor to inform you that, in accordance with Section 203 of Regulations No. 26, as amended by Revenue Regulations No. 3-75 dated May 27, 1975, with respect to your checks drawn against current account, you may affix the required documentary and science stamps to the Requisition Slip, subject to the condition that a note, properly initialed by a responsible person, is written on the face of said checks, as follows: "Documentary and science stamps to the value of P0.04 each have been affixed to the Requisition Slip."
