Soriano 8776 Paseo de Roxas Makati, Rizal, Philippines Gentlemen : In reply to your letter datll be made as follows: "Documentary sta ed December 6, 1976, I have the honor to inform you that in accordance with Section 203 of Regulations No. 26, as amended by Revenue Regulations No. 3-75, documentary and science stamps on stock certificates issued by you may be affixed to the stub or duplicates, provided that a note properly initialed by a responsible person on the face of said certificates sha mps to the value of P________ has been affixed to the stub of certificate."
