April 6, 1976 Mr. Benjamin A. Dizon Asst. Trust Officer Philippine Bank of Commerce Ayala Ave., Makati, Rizal S i r : In reply to your letter dated March 17, 1976, I have the honor to inform you that, since the Philippine Bank of Commerce has already acquired ownership of the property located at President E. Quirino Avenue (formerly Canonigo St.) Paco, Manila which is presently being leased and occupied by this Office, the monthly rental beginning from April 1976 will be paid to the new owner. As requested, enclosed herewith is a copy of the lease contract executed on November 25, 1975 between this Office and the former owner, Esco Hale Shoe Company, Inc. Since we have not as yet remitted our last rental payment which covers the month of March 1976, we cannot furnish you a copy of the receipt for said payment. Very truly yours, CONRADO P.
