April 5, 1973 2nd Indorsement Respectfully returned to the Honorable, the Secretary of Finance, Manila the within papers relative to the telegram of Miss Filomena Malubay, c/o Mati Copra, Mati, Davao Oriental, dated March 22, 1973 requesting information as to whether a Revenue District Officer is authorized to issue a memorandum instructing a revenue examiner to verify and examine list of inventories annually submitted by a businessman, enclosing herewith a self-explanatory copy of the answer of this Office to said telegram and a copy of the letter of this Office to the Revenue District Officer, Mati, Davao Oriental, both of even date, for his information. aisa dc (SGD.)
