Chief Finance Investigator Investigation Division Department of Finance Manila S i r : Pursuant to the authority granted by the Office of the President in its 1st Indorsement dated January 5, 1956, your request that your duly authorized representative be allowed to look into and/or be furnished with certified true copies of the tax records for the years 1966 to 1970, inclusive, filed by the following persons is hereby granted. 1. Spouses Benjamin I. Fernandez Chief, Manufacturing Division, National Office 2. Alicia Sison Wife This letter will serve as authority for the BIR Office concerned to furnish Senior Finance Investigator, Timoteo F. Candanido, of your Office with certified true copies of the tax records of the above-mentioned taxpayers for the said years 1966 to 1970.
