January 29, 1973 Mr. Jacobo C. Clave Presidential Executive Assistant Malacaang, Manila S i r : In reply to your memorandum dated January 17, 1973 enclosing therewith the telegram of Mr. Roberto Roces, president of Iloilo Capiz Sugar Planters Cooperative Marketing Association, Inc. requesting restoration of the tax exemption allegedly granted to it, I have the honor to inform you that, on even date, the said telegram has been answered copy of which is hereto attached. As regards the telegram of Mr. Gabriel Ortiz of Butuan City requesting assistance for the appointment of a certain Rogelio Cabuntocan as BIR Collector I, please be informed that the alleged telegram was not enclosed with the said memorandum.
