March 21, 1977 The Regional Director Revenue Region No. 1 Baguio City S i r : This refers to our 1st Indorsement dated July 24, 1974 (copy enclosed) referring to you the request of Mr. Alberto B. Guevarra, Jr. Secretary of the Motepino Baguio Condominium Corporation, Baguio City, for exemption from the payment of income tax return under Section 27 of the tax Code. To date, this Office has not as yet received the desired report of investigation. To enable this Office to finally determine the aforesaid request in view of the call-up letter dated March 15, 1977 of the aforesaid Association, you are hereby requested to submit within fifteen (15) days from receipt hereof the desired report of investigation. aisadc Very truly yours, CONRADO P.
