Manlunas First Insular Bank of Cebu Dipolog City S i r : With reference to your letter dated July 8, 1971 relative to the permit granted you in our letter dated March 24, 1971 to use Pitney Bowes Machine, Model 805 with Serial No. 21360, I have the honor to inform you that your request that you be allowed to requisition for stamps and to pay the value thereof to our Collection Agent at Dipolog City is hereby granted.
