January 24, 1973 Mr. Severino U. Nablo 1119 Torres Bugallon St. Tondo, Manila S i r : In reply to your letter dated January 18, 1973, I have the honor to inform you that forester is not among the taxable occupations enumerated under Section 182(B) of the Tax Code, (BIR Ruling No. 72-010, dated March 19, 1972). Such being the case, as a forester, you are not subject to the occupation tax imposed in the aforementioned section of the Tax Code. Very truly yours, (SGD.) MISAEL P.
