Box 327 Makati, Rizal S i r : In reply to your letter dated January 10, 1969, I have the honor to inform you that tax clearance certificates obtained by personnel of the Ford Foundation for travel abroad on Foundation business and at the Foundation's expense are exempt from the regular documentary and science stamp taxes pursuant to R.
