February 28, 1973 The President Union Textile Corporation P.O. Box 4133 Manila S i r : In reply to your letter dated February 12, 1973, I have the honor to inform you that Presidential Decree No. 68 dated November 24, 1972 grants partial tax amnesty to taxpayers by allowing 40% and 20% deductions to delinquent accounts including surcharge and interest up to date of said decree if paid on or before January 31, 1973 and February 28, 1973, respectively.
