March 10, 1969 1st Indorsement Respectfully returned to the Commissioner of Internal Revenue, Manila (Attn: Mr. Conrado P. Diaz, Deputy Commissioner of Internal Revenue for Operations), with the attached copy of the ruling of this Department, dated May 10, 1968, relative to the request of the American Insurance Association for a change of procedure in affixing the documentary stamps on insurance policies.
