December 11, 1973 1st Indorsement Respectfully referred to the Commissioner, Civil Service Commission, Manila, the within letter dated October 5, 1973 of Mr. Jose Yerro, Aklan, Kalibo, requesting information as to whether or not it is against civil service rules and regulations to solicit client for an insurance agent and receive service fee therefrom aside from his job as a public school teacher, for appropriate action, it appearing that the matter treated therein is within the jurisdiction of that office. cdtech (SGD.)
